Role Overview:
We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in an onsite environment. This role involves setting up and maintaining hardware and software for users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across various devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Computer Setup & Imaging:
- Configure and image laptops and desktops using deployment tools, ensuring all required software and updates are installed.
- Mobile Device Management:
- Set up and deploy phones and tablets using mobile device management tools.
- Peripheral Support:
- Replace printer toner, troubleshoot printer issues, and manage other peripheral devices.
- End-User Support:
- Assist users with daily technical issues and requests.
- Ticket Management:
- Update and close support tickets, follow up with users, and document solutions to support the IT team.
Top Skills Required:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Office 365 support
- Imaging and configuring computers
- Mobile device setup and printer maintenance
Interview Process:
Two rounds of interviews.
