ZUBU Ramen Metrotown is looking for a reliable and experienced BOH Kitchen Staff to join our kitchen team. If you're passionate about food, thrive in a busy environment, and have a talent for leadership, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

What We're Looking For:

  • Depending on the position, no experience or at least 1 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the quality of all food items on the menu
  • Maintain daily operations and ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen

Compensation:

  • Training Period: $17.85/hour
  • Post-Training:

1 position for Ramen Line Cook

$20/hour

  • Ramen experienced or kitchen experience
  • Closing shift - until 21:30
  • Part-time or Full-time

1 position for Tapas Line Cook

$19/hour

  • Experienced or no experience
  • Mid shift - 12:30 to 21:30
  • Part-time
