Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with professional phone etiquette
  • Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations using office management software
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into systems such as QuickBooks and other databases
  • Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
  • Assist with administrative duties including copying, scanning, and proofreading documents
  • Support bookkeeping activities related to billing and invoicing when necessary

  • Provide support for office operations, including managing correspondence and supporting team members as needed

Qualifications
