Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create courier shipments and documents (Waybills, and Custom documents)
  • Create order freight shipments and documents (Bill of Lading and Custom documents)
  • Coordinate and follow up with external parties (couriers, freight forwarders, and customers) to ensure shipments are delivered successfully.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal parties (sales, order and customer service teams) to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
  • Resolve shipping issues
  • Pick and pack materials for shipping
  • Conduct QA/QC on materials before shipping
  • Self -starter and a team player in a diverse field and dynamic and fast -paced product development environment
  • Energetic, self -motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to handle multiple diverse assignments successfully in a consulting firm environment
  • Detail-oriented with respect to quality and accuracy
  • Capable of working independently, while being a collaborative member of the team
  • Takes initiative to complete tasks in progress and seek creative solutions
  • Problem-solving and resourcefulness
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Uncompromised commitment to confidentiality
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
  • Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
  • Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Dynamic, self -motivated, service and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & Internet
