A shipping/receiving coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping/receiving duties and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. As a shipping/receiving coordinator, customer satisfaction and communication are priorities as this is how business remains successful. Additionally, a shipping/receiving coordinator is well-versed in supply management principles and practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, Review and Enter daily production stats into ERP system
- Ensure Accurate Entry
- Transfer and receive all internal loads between Shah Trading plants
- Prepare Bill of lading in NAV for all shipments
- Receive purchase orders after making necessary quantity adjustments
- Manually record all external receiving in receiving memo and file it in raw material receiving file in company drive on daily basis
- Prepare BOL’s and shipping memo for all inter-location and external shipments (GFS, Walmart, Costco, USA load, Summer fresh etc.) and file it accordingly
- Prepare and maintain employee file for warehouse employees
- Answer phone calls in courteous manner and transfer to relevant person
- Maintain visitor’s logbook
- Advise truck drivers about necessary shipping/ receiving information
- Coordinate with all warehouse managers/ buyers related to shipping and receiving matters
- Coordinate with forklift drivers regarding all shipping and receiving matters
- Keep NAV inventory updated by doing cycle inventory
- Book shipping/receiving’s appointments

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of different types of equipment for transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a face paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (Must be fluent in English)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook is a must (ERP, Microsoft NAV is an asset)
