In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEM, Paid Social, email, and SEO, for a diverse retail client portfolio.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by driving online sales growth and optimizing performance marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement strategies for SEM, Paid Social, email, and SEO across your client portfolio.
- Execute and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize paid campaign performance to meet client objectives.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication, timely execution, understanding their needs, and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.
- Facilitate performance check-ins with internal and external partners.
- Provide strategic decision support to senior leadership.
- Establish processes to ensure objectives are met and resources are used effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Paid Media management (SEM or Social) with a focus on eCommerce.
- Certifications in either Google Ads, Blueprint, Klaviyo, GMC, or GA4.
- Strong writing skills for ad copy and summarizing insights.
- Proven success in driving online sales growth through performance marketing.
- Experience with web analytics platforms like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Proficient in reporting tools such as Looker, PowerBI, and Datorama.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Cross-functional project management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in Shopify or Magento.
- Experience with Klaviyo.
- Knowledge of feed management for GMC and Commerce Manager via partners like Feedonomics or apps like DataFeedWatch.
