Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive online growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase content visibility and organic reach.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy and e-commerce goals.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics to inform content strategies and improve engagement metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes to optimize social media performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and familiarity with other paid social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies to drive online sales through social channels.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
