Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Conduct floor care activities including buffing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
  • Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in facilities through regular janitorial duties.
  • Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
  • Managing waste disposal and maintaining outdoor areas.

Qualifications

  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
  • Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning standards and procedures is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Schedule Options

  • Monday to Friday shifts
  • Sunday to Thursday shifts
  • 3–4 hours per shift, late evenings preferred
