Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service in a vibrant food and beverage environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Handle food preparation and food handling tasks following safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Assist with setting up tables, cleaning, and resetting for new guests
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Experience in serving, food preparation, or barista roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is advantageous
  • Hospitality background or experience working in fast-paced environments is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic setting
