About the Role

A busy and growing real estate agent seeking a polished and articulate Client Outreach Specialist to support lead follow-up and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, professional in tone, and comfortable initiating conversations with both prospective and existing clients.

You will act as the first point of contact for the business, representing the agent's brand with warmth, clarity, and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to real estate leads, past clients, and database contacts
  • Follow provided scripts and talking points while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant client information
  • Book appointments and provide warm hand-offs to the agent
  • Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records in the CRM
  • Deliver professional, consistent client communication aligned with the agent's brand

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptionally articulate with a confident, professional phone presence
  • Fluent English required (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and client follow-up
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is an asset (but not required)
