Digital Product Optimization Manager
 for their Edmonton team.

You'll lead a team of Product Specialists within the UX Optimization group, improving usability, conversion, and overall performance while supporting team growth and delivering measurable results. In this high-volume digital environment, you'll optimize user interactions to boost engagement, retention, and conversions. The role blends UX, product, data, and growth to enhance the user journey and drive outcomes like revenue, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of Product Specialists focused on optimizing interactive questionnaires that help users generate customized legal documents.
  • Design and implement strategies aimed at boosting user engagement, retention, and overall product effectiveness.
  • Oversee quarterly planning by prioritizing initiatives that balance conversion goals with user experience enhancements.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to cultivate a high-performing, growth-focused environment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Development, Revenue Operations, and QA to plan and execute optimization initiatives.
  • Manage projects through each stage of the product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and seamless execution.
  • Anticipate challenges and actively remove obstacles to maintain project momentum and productivity.
  • Recalibrate priorities and timelines in response to changing organizational goals and market demands.
  • Leverage data insights and user behavior trends to uncover opportunities for product improvement and strengthen key performance metrics.
  • Assess new ideas, features, and services to determine strategic value and feasibility.
  • Contribute to team expansion by initiating hiring needs, participating in interviews, and overseeing onboarding.
  • Enhance team effectiveness by refining workflows and documenting standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Business, Marketing, Design, Law, or related field
  • Proven people leadership and team development experience
  • Strong coaching, feedback, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of UX writing
  • Skilled in managing complex projects and meeting KPIs
  • Able to adapt to changing business needs while keeping long-term goals in view
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker who identifies opportunities and innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of consumer psychology, online marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Strong decision-making and judgment
