We are hiring CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is actively seeking high-energy, proactive team members to join our branches in SW Christie Park + Chinatown.

Position: Bubble Tea Barista (Full-time & Part-time)

Locations:

  • 40 Christie Park View SW Unit 8, 3125, Calgary, AB T3H 6E7
  • 100 3 Ave SE D, Calgary, AB T2G 2B6

About the Role: Are you a motivated and passionate individual who loves bubble tea? We look for individuals driven by a sense of purpose, eager to make a positive impact, and who are ready to inspire others. We provide full training for the right high-energy candidates, with opportunities for future promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Cook, prepare, and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages with high quality and consistency.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service, including handling cashier tasks.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory: Assist with stock handling, stock checks, and inventory organization.
  • Team Support: Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.

What we're looking for:

  • High energy, enthusiastic, and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and effective verbal/written communication.
  • Previous food service or barista experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable moving frequently to clean and maintain the store.

Availability:

  • Must be available to work 20 to 30 hours per week.
  • Flexible availability is essential, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
