We are currently hiring part-time/full-time weekday shifts at our Chatime Calgary (Mount Royal University)

We are located at Wyckham House, 4825 Mt Royal Gate SW, Calgary

Chatime is a Taiwanese bubble tea brand that was founded in 2005 with over 1000 retail outlets in Taiwan, Canada, the USA and 13 other countries. Our motto is "Good Tea, Good Time".

Good tea refers to our high standards of brewing tea, preparing toppings, and maintaining a high attention to detail with all other ingredients that go into shaking up a good cup of tea. Good time describes how we want to create a space where customers can be comfortable both physically and spiritually. We focus on both providing excellent customer service and a clean environment to relax, study or meet up with friends. By striving to maintain our status as the industry leader and we always want to be the first choice in our tea drinking customers' minds.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Craft Tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers

· Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash

· Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed from storage

· Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Inspire others by become a dynamic brand ambassador both inside and outside the store

· Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room

· Adhere to the cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, English required

· Positive team member

· Ability to work variable hours

· Ability to work standing, occasionally lift up to 25 kg (50 Lbs) and carry items as required

Preference

Mandarin/Cantonese

Driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
