Näak is a fast-growing brand that provides high-performance, sustainable nutrition designed to fuel ultra-runners and outdoor enthusiasts. We are looking for an Innovation & Quality Coordinator who is full of ideas and energy to join our NäakLab team.

Responsibilities

60% Innovation

  • Participate in innovation projects, coordinating actions with project managers

    and managing certain projects independently.
  • Produce internal prototypes, monitor documentation and the competition,

    research new ingredients, etc.

40% Nutrition:

  • Help grow "NäakLab science" by testing new concepts and improving existing ones.
  • Create prototypes for our professional athletes based on their needs, and support athlete follow-up during the season.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote NäakLab's activities (product sheets, blog articles, etc.).
Responsibilities & Skills
  • Proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial person.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology.
  • Very important to be a team player.
  • Currently studying (bachelor's, master's, engineering, or equivalent) in food science, agri-food, or nutrition.
  • Previous knowledge or experience in innovation is an asset.
  • Previous knowledge or experience in sports nutrition is an asset.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
