We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves working 2 days per week, Sunday and Monday, 8 hour shifts. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for our staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system inspections, filter changes, and light plumbing repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues such as leaks, faulty electrical wiring, or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Complete repair work and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Maintenance Technology or a related field is a plus.
  • Availability to work 2 days per week with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
