We are currently seeking a _**Parts Technician**_ to join our _**Red Deer Parts team**_. This position plays a vital role in supporting internal and external customers by sourcing, issuing, and managing parts efficiently, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to “Finding a Better Way.”

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring customer needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional manner, including providing status updates on orders.
- Creating quotes, pursuing parts sales, and managing purchase orders.
- Developing Bills of Materials for repeat jobs and new builds.
- Issuing parts and materials to both internal and external customers.
- Assisting with cycle counts, year-end inventory, and maintaining accurate stock records.

**Required**:

- Journeyman Parts Technician certification (or actively working toward certification).
- Experience in a parts distribution role within a manufacturing or service environment.
- Knowledge of frac equipment, power generation, gas compression, and/or heavy equipment.
- Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform light physical tasks.
- Sales, procurement, and vendor relations experience.
