Cambridge, Ontario, Canada Greentec International Inc. Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the logistical team and manage inbound and outbound shipments, optimize transportation processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of coordinating logistics in a fast-paced, environmentally responsible operation.

This is an on-site position, conveniently located just off Hwy 401 in Cambridge, we offer a clean, positive environment, competitive salary with profit sharing and company paid benefits.

General Description:

Logistics Planning & Coordination

· Organize and schedule transportation for pickups and deliveries, ensuring efficient and cost-effective routes.

· Communicate with clients, 3PL freight brokers, and carriers to confirm shipment details and resolve any logistical issues.

· Track shipments and proactively address delays or disruptions.

Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure all shipments comply with local, provincial, and federal environmental regulations, including Prior Informed Consent (PIC) permits and e-waste transportation guidelines.

· Create and maintain accurate records for shipments, including Bill of Lading (BOL), customs invoices, manifests, packing slips, HS Codes/Tariffs, and compliance documents.

· Work with the compliance team to ensure proper handling of regulated materials.

Customer & Vendor Relations

· Coordinate logistics services with clients, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

· Manage relationships with transportation providers, negotiating cost-effective rates and service agreements.

· Address client inquiries regarding shipments, delays, or special requirements.

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement

· Identify bottlenecks in the logistics process and recommend efficiency improvements.

· Support sustainability initiatives by optimizing transportation routes and reducing emissions where possible.

· Assist in the development of logistics-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Knowledge:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, Bill of lading, (BOL), customs invoices, manifests, packing slips, HS Codes/Tariffs, and compliance documents.

· or supply chain operations (preferably in recycling, electronics, or manufacturing).

· Experience with Route4me, Hub Spot, Makor ERP (or similar systems) is an asset.

Technical & Soft Skills:

· Strong knowledge of logistics planning, route optimization, and carrier coordination.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics tracking tools.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Knowledge of environmental regulations and safe handling of e-waste is an asset.
