Community Outreach Coordinator – Home Care Services
Location: West Vancouver / North Vancouver Hours: 32-40 hours per week (Mon/Wed in North Van and Tues/Thurs in West Van) Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour

About the Role: This is not your typical sales job. Yes, you'll be helping grow our business — but you'll do it by building authentic relationships and making a real difference. You'll build meaningful relationships with referral partners (doctors, pharmacists, OTs, hospitals, care homes, social workers, etc.), attend community events, network, and become a familiar, trusted face for seniors and families. You'll meet with potential clients in their homes, learn about their needs, and guide them through assessments and care options. This role is approximately 90% out in the community and 10% home-office work (CRM updates, planning follow-ups). It's perfect for someone energized by people, conversations, and community impact.
What You'll Be Doing: Actively grow referral partnerships and maintain strong ongoing relationships. Represent Just Like Family at community events, trade shows, and networking groups. Educate families and partners on our services in a clear, compassionate way. Conduct in-home consultations and create care recommendations. Manage leads and track progress in or a similar CRM. Stay accountable to outreach and growth targets.
What We're Looking For: Passion for seniors and community support. Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (healthcare experience is an asset but not required). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Professional presentation with business casual attire required when representing the company. Tech-savvy with CRM and basic office software. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
