Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced bartender who brings not only great skills behind the bar but also strong ties to the local community.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, personable, and have an established network of regulars or a local following. If you're the kind of bartender who can create a great vibe and knows how to draw a crowd, we'd love to meet you

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.

- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, recipes, and ingredients.

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and cash handling.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.

- Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, glassware, and the bar area regularly.

- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.

- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

Experience

- Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant environment is preferred.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.

- Knowledge of food safety practices within a food service setting is advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
