**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, recipes, and ingredients.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, glassware, and the bar area regularly.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within a food service setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.

- working in a Bar/Pub: 1 year (required)
