Job Summary

The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving both brand and commercial growth for Chatime. This role owns end-to-end execution of national marketing initiatives, including product launches, seasonal promotions, brand campaigns, local marketing programs, and new store openings. The Associate Marketing Manager partners cross-functionally to bring strategies to life, applies data-driven insights to optimize performance, and ensures consistent brand representation across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

National Marketing Calendar, Go-To-Market & Commercialization

  • Support the product commercialization process, leading new product launches and promotional initiatives from discovery and ideation through to go-to-market, to achieve growth and profit targets
  • Build campaign forecasts and develop business cases to evaluate and justify promotional offers, including financial impact, ROI, and operational considerations
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for national campaigns, product launches, and value promotions, including: Communications and value messaging strategy, channel and media planning, campaign management, workback schedules, and timelines, agency briefings and coordination
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance
  • Ensure accurate configuration, execution, and QA of campaigns across all platforms
  • Lead post-campaign and post-promotion performance analysis, translating insights into clear recommendations to optimize future programs and processes
  • Support the VP of Marketing with tracking marketing spend, budget reconciliation, invoice processing, and monthly reporting

Chatime Local Marketing & New Store Openings

  • Build and execute local store marketing programs, with targeted initiatives to support underperforming locations
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and Franchise Partners to identify local opportunities and activation needs
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve the Local Store Marketing (LSM) toolkit to ensure scalable and consistent execution
  • Create and launch cohesive marketing plans for new store openings, including pre-opening, opening, and post-opening phases
  • Build and continuously improve a scalable New Store Opening (NSO) toolkit to support consistent execution across markets

We'd love to hear from people with…

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated campaign execution (QSR, retail, or consumer brands preferred)
  • Proven experience managing go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and promotions
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience building business cases and evaluating performance
  • Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external partners
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Tableau, Meta Ad Manager, Tik Tok Ad Manager and social media management tools is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
