Overview

BarBurrito is growing, and we are expanding our corporate Marketing team. We are currently hiring
two Managers at different levels
, posted together to reflect the structure of our team and the opportunity for growth:

  • (Senior) Brand Manager
    (level based on experience; open to strong Brand Managers)
  • Digital Activations Manager

Both roles are part of our corporate Marketing function and work closely together to deliver national campaigns, digital performance, and franchisee-facing marketing programs.

Reporting Structure

  • The Senior Brand Manager reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
  • The Digital Activations Manager reports to the Senior Brand Manager.

1. (Senior) Brand Manager

Compensation:
$90,000–$115,000

The (Senior) Brand Manager plays a leadership role in planning, executing, and analyzing national marketing initiatives. This position oversees major campaigns, supports franchisee engagement, and ensures alignment across digital, creative, social, and field marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    national and third-party app campaigns
    , including planning, execution, and post-mortem analysis
  • Manage
    campaign pipelines
    , NPD and product tests, and menu optimization initiatives
  • Provide
    POP, audit, and merchandising oversight
  • Support activation at the local level
  • Lead
    national campaign analytics
    , reporting, and insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Creative, Social, and Field Marketing teams
  • Contribute to
    budget planning, tracking, and optimization
  • Provide guidance and direction to the Digital Activations function

Ideal Experience

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, retail, or multi-unit environments
  • Experience leading
    national marketing campaigns
    within a franchise or multi-location system
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization

2. Digital Activations Manager

Compensation:
$65,000–$85,000

The Digital Activations Manager is responsible for the execution and optimization of BarBurrito's digital marketing programs. This role focuses on paid media, CRM, website, app, and performance-driven marketing initiatives and reports to the Senior Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage
    paid social, paid search, and digital campaigns
  • Support
    Meta, PMAX, SEO/SEM
    , and national paid media programs
  • Oversee
    website updates and digital design coordination
  • Manage
    mobile app campaign activations
    , loyalty initiatives, and digital offers
  • Support
    CRM and email marketing programs
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reporting, and support post-mortem analysis
  • Coordinate with Creative and Social teams to ensure timely delivery of digital assets
  • Support third-party delivery platform digital activations and reporting

Ideal Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and analytics tools, specifically Meta, PMAX, and Tik Tok
  • Strong attention to detail and executional discipline
  • Experience in QSR, retail, or consumer brands is an asset
