  • Contribute to workflow automation and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist with special and ad-hoc projects, helping operationalize deliverables and supporting cross-functional execution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and collaborative work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with competing priorities.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
  • Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring a blend of marketing, analytical, and operational skills to support PulseMedica's business and fundraising activities. This role requires strong organizational ability, communication skills, and comfort working across teams in a dynamic startup environment.
