Responsibilities

  • Execute food preparation tasks efficiently during busy service hours
  • Support the team in food handling, portion control, and presentation techniques
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely meal delivery
  • Uphold all health regulations and safety protocols related to food industry standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is a plus
  • Proven kitchen experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting
  • Strong food handling, cooking, and meal preparation skills
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
