Compensation: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour + tips + overtime pay

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is recruiting Line Cooks for reputable restaurants, hotel kitchens, and hospitality employers across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) .
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with professional kitchen experience looking for long-term, stable employment in Canada’s rapidly growing hospitality sector.
Qualified applicants may be eligible for LMIA support and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) through partnering employers.

Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food prep, chopping, portioning, and labeling
Maintain inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook, Commis, or Prep Cook
Culinary education or professional kitchen training an asset
Knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices
Willing and eligible to apply for LMIA-supported work permits (if outside Canada)
Candidates already in Canada on a work permit or visitor status are also encouraged to apply

Overtime pay as per provincial regulations
