Burrard Acura is on the hunt for an Inventory Manager to support our fast-paced sales team and keep our vehicle inventory running smoother than a freshly detailed MDX.

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Mission):

  • Photograph vehicles and present them to premium brand standards
  • Merchandise, organize, and keep the lot looking its best
  • Write high-quality, engaging vehicle descriptions
  • Assist with pricing and perform market reviews
  • Learn and work within the vAuto system
  • Maintain accurate, consistent, and visually excellent online/on-lot inventory
  • Stock in vehicles with flawless accuracy (OCD tendencies welcomed)
  • Manage both new and used inventory—yes, you'll be the one who knows where everything is
  • Help order new vehicles and track allocations like a logistics wizard
  • Process trade-ins and sales paperwork—taming the admin beast with ease

What You Bring (Besides a Fabulous Attitude):

  • Experience in sales administration, inventory management, or general chaos-wrangling
  • Rockstar organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities (no actual flaming batons required)
  • Tech-savvy, if you can handle Excel formulas or troubleshoot your parents' Wi-Fi, you'll fit right in
  • Detail-obsessed with a strong "get-it-done" mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly with the team
  • Bonus points for experience with inventory systems, vAuto, or auction platforms
