Inventory Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Richmond, BC
Company: Witness Auto Dash Cam
Witness Auto Dash Cam has been deeply engaged in the dash cam and automotive aftermarket industry for over 11 years, with stable and continuous business growth. We are currently seeking a highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to join our management team as an Inventory Manager.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
- Excellent documentation handling and inventory management skills, with the ability to systematize and streamline processes.
- Detail-oriented, composed, well-organized, and capable of effective planning and team coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common communication tools.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics management, or purchasing is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain the company's overall inventory, including dash cams, batteries, PPF paint protection film, window tint films, and other related materials.
- Ensure the warehouse and shop areas are kept clean, well-organized, and orderly, supporting efficient daily operations and inventory accuracy.
- Establish, maintain, and improve inventory systems, providing data support to optimize warehouse and inventory workflows.
- Collaborate closely with management to monitor inventory costs, quantities, and usage, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee inventory receiving and issuing records, stock counts, replenishment processes, internal allocation, and coordination across departments.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Probation: Three-month probation period
- Benefits: Extended medical and dental benefits upon successful completion of probation
- Compensation: Salary adjustments and annual performance bonuses are based on individual and company performance
