Description  Nuix is a dominant player in the Canadian eDiscovery software market with broad, long-term market share and high customer retention. 

We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Senior Account Executive to accelerate growth across commercial Canadian markets through a combination of direct enterprise sales and strategic partner engagement in either the private or public sector.  This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets, managing varying sales cycles, and selling complex software solutions that deliver measurable business impact to senior executives.  

The Role:  You'll be responsible for developing and executing account plans, driving new business and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate has proven experience selling transformative solutions to both the C-suite and senior managers among corporate enterprises and integrators. This role requires engaging executive leaders to drive data transformation, reduce risk, capture intelligence, improve operations and curate data for AI model building.  Success comes from thriving in both direct sales and collaborative partner-led, go-to-market strategies to capture market share.   

Location: This is a remote role: Commuting distance to Toronto CBD 

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, networking. 
  • Identify and pursue strategic relationships with integrators to jump start market capture, align joint value propositions and create co-selling opportunities. 
  • Engage with enterprise executive leaders by researching and identifying value propositions that address the primary objectives of senior executives. 
  • Drive sales growth within existing customers through direct account management. 
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for our territory. 
  • Develop Strategic Account Plans for target accounts that align with company and partner objectives. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, pre- and post-sales solution consultants, product owners, marketing, and customer success managers to drive sales. 
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately, ensuring consistent pipeline visibility in Salesforce. 
  • Maintain and grow relationships within assigned accounts to maximize revenue and retention. 
  • Understand customer challenges, tailor demonstrations and proposals to highlight business value, and negotiate contracts to close deals. 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in analytics, cybersecurity, and digital forensics. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in software, SaaS, or technology solutions (eDiscovery, cybersecurity, or advanced analytics preferred). 
  • 3+ years of experience working with or through system integrators, analytics partners, or technology alliances to co-sell or influence customer decisions. 
  • Must have proven, deep experience selling into C-Suite and/or 3rd party integrators and other service providers who deliver transformative solutions directly to enterprise leaders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sales of complex technology solutions and services in a competitive environment. 
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a competitive enterprise software environment. 
  • Strong understanding of the analytics, cloud, and integration ecosystems—including how partners deliver complementary value. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
