Job Summary:
The
SAP Functional Specialist
will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of
SAP systems
to support enterprise-wide business processes. This role works closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with organizational objectives and operational requirements, providing technical expertise and hands-on configuration within multiple SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document
  business processes
  , requirements, and improvement opportunities.
• Configure SAP systems to translate business needs into effective
  technical solutions
  .
• Ensure all system customizations meet organizational and project standards.
• Document configuration settings, create user guidelines, and train employees on SAP functionalities.
• Conduct
  testing and performance validation
  to ensure system efficiency.
• Manage SAP-related support tickets and resolve technical or configuration issues.
• Lead planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support for
  SAP configuration changes
  .
• Drive enhancements and new feature development based on business feedback.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including configuration blueprints, business and technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with SAP Developers to create custom applications within the
  SAP ecosystem
  .

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional
  SAP functional experience
  , including implementation, upgrade, support, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated understanding of
  business operations and process improvement
  .
• Proven experience configuring and maintaining SAP ERP systems.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Exposure to
  SAP Solution Manager, Business Suite, NetWeaver, and HANA
  environments.
• Experience with
  ISU, CRM, Portal, PO
  , and other SAP modules.
• Working knowledge of partner products such as
  Microfocus ALM, Cideon Product Suite, and OpenText
  .

• Proven ability to document and implement SAP configurations effectively.

• Leadership experience in developing new SAP solutions.

• SAP Configuration Tools (e.g., IMG).
• Barcode Application integration.
• Continuous improvement mindset and dedication to professional growth.

Education & Certifications:

• Relevant
  SAP Functional and/or Academy Training or Certification
  .
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
