About the Opportunity**

I'm partnering with a fast-growing energy solutions company that designs and delivers advanced power systems across Canada and North America. They're looking for an experienced and energetic
Tech Sales Representative
to manage and expand relationships with long-standing legacy clients.

You'll serve as the trusted point of contact for existing customers, helping them find the right energy solutions through technical insight, problem-solving, and a consultative approach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and nurture relationships with legacy industrial clients across Canada.
  • Consult with customers to identify energy and equipment needs, offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and commissioning teams to create technical proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and coordinate solution design.
  • Stay ahead of energy market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and territory strategy alongside sales leadership.

What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years of technical sales or account management experience in the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of gensets, switchgear, BESS, or industrial power systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management.
  • Personable, self-motivated, and solutions-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Based in or near Edmonton, AB (required for site visits and client travel).
  • Bonus: Experience with Waukesha engines, Baker Hughes turbines, or microgrid systems.
