About Us:

Sandhu Computers is a local tech shop specializing in computer and phone repairs, sales of laptops, tablets, and accessories, and expert customer service. We're looking for a motivated team member who loves technology and wants to help grow our store presence both in person and online.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with phone, tablet, and computer sales in-store
  • Diagnose and repair computers, laptops, and mobile phones
  • Check in customer repair jobs and provide repair updates
  • Create and post ads and videos on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to promote the store
  • Help grow sales and build the store's reputation in Edmonton
  • Maintain organized displays and a clean work area

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of phones, laptops, and computer repair
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using social media for advertising (TikTok, Facebook)
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
