Desktop Engineer

Day To Day Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Desktop Engineer will focus on preparing end-user technology for CPP's upcoming office relocation.
- They will configure and migrate Windows Shared PCs, manage and automate Dell monitor setups and firmware updates, and implement deployment processes using Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.
- The engineer will conduct device readiness testing for Wi-Fi and GlobalProtect, create documentation to support transition to the Tech Bar, and collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and streamline automation and process improvements.
- Additional responsibilities may include printer readiness validation and Teams administration support to ensure a seamless technology migration experience across the new workspace.
Must Have:
- 4-7 years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing. Strong understanding of Intune, PowerShell, SCCM, and Autopilot configuration.
- Hands-on experience managing Windows devices and Group Policies. Familiarity with Windows Shared PC Mode and automation of monitor configurations.
- Ability to document technical solutions and processes clearly.
- Comfortable supporting office relocation projects and coordinating with multiple teams.
Salary range: $60-$65/hr without Benefits
