Required Skill Set:

a strong focus on Windows Desktop and VmWare virtualization. This is a hands-on, technically demanding role that requires deep expertise in scripting, performance engineering, data analytics and system analysis. The ideal c andidate should have a solid technical foundation, strategic thinking capabilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In addition to core engineering responsibilities, the candidate must demonstrate strong analytical abilities and be comfortable working with large datasets to uncover performance trends and optimization opportunities. Proficiency in Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, Excel Macros, AutoIT and PowerShell scripting is essential for data manipulation, visualization, and automation. Experience with automation frameworks and tools is highly desirable, as the role involves streamlining performance testing and reporting processes. A passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies is key to success in this role.

Engineer Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct system and infrastructure performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability L3 SupportCreate and analyze automation scripts (using PowerShell, AutoIT, and Python etc.)Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana tailored to business needs.Evaluate and use of benchmarking, performance, and load testing toolsReproducing customer performance issues in our labs.

Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using SQL and Snowflake as backend.Design and build intelligent test systems that can simulate production traffic loadMeasure, report, and recommend performance Response Time Guidelines/SLAs.Windows Desktop general engineering and hardware evaluationCreation of Desktop, Laptops, Virtual machines Performance Baselines for Windows and MAC Desktop Platform

Good coordination and communication skillsAggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, perform data crunching and transformation, and develop consolidated reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Good understanding of key system and infrastructure performance counters impacting overall user experience.Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell and AutoIt is a priority- additionally Batch, WMI, VBScript, etc.)

Strong troubleshooting mindset and experience with tools like procdump, wireshark, fiddler, procmon

Experience and knowledge of Infrastructure components like F5, A10, Routers, WAN connectivity

Experience in monitoring tools for Network and Workstations, including but not limited to Perfmon, SysTrack, and Splunk.Good years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Automation, AI, and statistical analysis.Proficiency in Excel Macros, Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, and PowerShell for data analysis and reporting.Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflakes and database connectivity

Highly Desired

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Prior experience with Desktop and server-side resource analysis a big plus
