Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and services at customer site or remotely to meet business requirements.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for hardware and software.
  • Work within ticketing systems to manage and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Document and report completed work to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures.
  • Escalate issues appropriately to meet customer demands.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to dynamic environments and contribute effectively to team objectives.

3–5 years' experience
in IT Desktop Support environment
