Customer Engineer
to join Client's team supporting client. This role involves delivering high-quality technical support and services onsite, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and services at customer site or remotely to meet business requirements.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for hardware and software.
- Work within ticketing systems to manage and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Document and report completed work to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures.
- Escalate issues appropriately to meet customer demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to dynamic environments and contribute effectively to team objectives.
- Support Computacenter's mission and core values in all interactions.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
3–5 years' experience
in IT Desktop Support environment
Strong knowledge of
Windows 10

hardware

Office 365
Hands-on
IMAC experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
