Role overview

Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to assess needs, present system options, and explain government programs that make heat pumps affordable. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role designed for high performers who want uncapped earnings and rapid advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline from qualified, booked appointments.
  • Consult with homeowners to recommend suitable heat pump solutions.
  • Explain federal and provincial rebates and financing options clearly.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals professionally.
  • Maintain accurate notes and coordinate next steps with the operations team.
