Description du posteNous souhaitons doter notre équipe responsable de la planification des ressources d'entreprise (PRE) d'un·e spécialiste de Microsoft Dynamics 365, qui prendra en charge les volets développement, soutien technique et amélioration continue des différentes fonctions de la plateforme – notamment des modules de gestion de la relation client et de marketing en temps réel – et jouera un rôle clé en matière de croissance des activités, d'optimisation des processus, d'automatisation et de mobilisation des clients.
La personne retenue devra aussi collaborer avec les responsables d'autres outils de l'écosystème de PRE du cabinet, comme Workday, Intapp, Aderant, iManage et Chrome River.

Principales attributions :
Chapeauter les volets de développement, de configuration et de soutien technique liés aux modules de gestion de la relation client et de marketing en temps réel de Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Collaborer avec les principaux intervenant·es pour concevoir des solutions de gestion de la relation client harmonisées au cycle des clients et à la stratégie de marketing du cabinet.
Bâtir et maintenir des modules d'extension, des formulaires, des tableaux de bord, des intégrations Power Platform et des flux de travail personnalisés.
Mettre au point et maintenir des intégrations à Dynamics 365 au moyen d'interfaces de programmation et d'intergiciels (comme SSIS et Azure Logic Apps).
Résoudre les problèmes et fournir du soutien de niveaux 2 et 3 en lien avec Dynamics 365.
Établir des exigences fonctionnelles et techniques qui correspondent aux besoins opérationnels du cabinet.
Superviser les processus touchant la qualité des données, la migration et la synchronisation entre le module de gestion de la relation client et d'autres plateformes.
Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes en lien avec la mise à jour et l'amélioration des plateformes et le dépannage connexe.
Fournir son soutien pour ce qui touche la documentation, le contrôle des changements, la gestion des mises en production et la formation continue en lien avec la gestion de la relation client.

Purpose of the RoleWe are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert, with specific hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM and Real-time Marketing, to join our ERP team.
The ERP Systems Analyst will take a lead role in the development, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, particularly Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) and its Real-time Marketing module. This position is key to enabling business growth, driving automation, and enhancing client engagement through optimized CRM processes.
While the primary focus is on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the role will also involve some collaboration with other systems in our ERP ecosystem such as Workday, IntApp, Aderant, iManage, and Chrome River.
