Analysts play an essential role in developing and executing the company vision by supporting decision making, planning, and driving results. You will understand business operations, developing tools, metrics, and processes to provide information that drives action and improvements. You will ensure information is accurate, relevant, and actionable while being understood by a wide audience of stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst plays an essential role in our business through collaboration and support within FP&A team as well as acting as a business partner to key areas in the business.
As a growing business, Lush needs people that can adapt and evolve to the needs of the business. You are a listener with a structured approach to planning but are also excited to drive discussion that leads to action. You have a passion for what you do and are ready to join a business dedicated not just to technical proficiency but to the practices of fair-trade sourcing, supporting sustainable communities, and giving back to grass roots organizations.
You will be comfortable regularly interacting with all levels of staff and provide them with insightful, forward looking, reporting and analysis. Lush is a true vertically integrated business including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Digital, and Admin streams. You will play a key role in all budgeting and re-forecasting workflows for these teams, as well as taking initiative in providing insights, ideas and reporting to support Digital Sales and Operations.
While all streams are linked, this role is primarily focused within the Digital stream. The Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Digital Operations function by providing clear, data-driven financial insights that guide decision-making across sales, omni-channel programs, and digital fulfillment. This role partners closely with Digital and DF teams to analyze performance, model the financial impact of new initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost performance. They help ensure global strategies are financially sound for the NA market, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver timely reporting that keeps projects on track. Through strong analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration, the Finance Analyst enables smarter, faster, and more financially aligned execution across Digital Operations.
Our Lush staff live with purpose, finding their personal value connection with the values of our business, bringing their work and life paths into one holistic journey. #mylushlife
