Sage Intacct Analyst
. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems to support our clients' financial operations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and improved business processes. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and customization of ERP systems with a primary focus on accounting and financial modules.
• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into ERP system configurations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of ERP functionality with accounting standards and business needs.
• Provide end-to-end support throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, including system setup, data migration, testing, and user training.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working with vendors or developers as needed.
• Ensure ERP system compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization to enhance system performance.
• Promote MNP consulting services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
• Provide leadership and subject matter experience in proposal development and solution design
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes

Skills And Experience

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering or other related field
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation and support, particularly in accounting modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience with Sage Intacct is advantageous.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Previous experience designing and leading customer training sessions required
• Experience in problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation and managing client expectations
• Experience in proposal development is ideal
• Some travel may be required
