The position requires close collaboration with construction, maintenance, procurement, warehousing, and site supervision teams.Approximately 60–70% of the role is site-based, with the remaining time dedicated to planning, documentation, and coordination activities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inbound and outbound material deliveries in alignment with site schedules and work plans.Support refinery maintenance, construction, and turnaround activities through effective material staging and sequencing.Manage laydown yards, storage locations, and material flow within the site.Verify delivered materials against packing slips, purchase orders, and site requirements.Identify and escalate material shortages, damages, or delivery delays.Coordinate crane lifts, heavy-haul deliveries, and specialty transport as required.Maintain clear communication with site supervision regarding material availability and priorities.Ensure logistics activities comply with site safety rules and access requirements.Participate in job walks, planning meetings, and daily coordination discussions.Track material status from purchase through delivery and installation.Liaise with procurement, vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers.Maintain accurate logistics documentation, including delivery logs, manifests, and tracking reports.Support turnaround and outage planning by coordinating critical-path material deliveries.Update schedules and logistics trackers to reflect real-time status.Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation.Support customs, shipping, and receiving documentation where applicable.Prepare reports on material movement, delivery performance, and logistics risks.Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and material flow.Maintain organized records in accordance with CAM and site requirementsQualifications:3+ years of experience in logistics, materials coordination, or supply chain support in an industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or energy environmentExperience supporting refinery maintenance, capital projects, or turnaround activities preferredStrong understanding of industrial materials, equipment, and construction workflowsFamiliarity with warehouse operations, laydown management, and site logistics planningExperience working in active operating facilities with strict safety and access controlsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP or similar systems is an assetStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEffective communication skills with field and office teamsDetail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focusedAbility to work on site and adapt to changing priorities and schedulesEqual Employment OpportunityCAM Industrial Solutions is an equal opportunity employer, and we thrive on our differences for the benefit of our employees, our customers, and our community.
