As a DMM Energy **Logistics Coordinator**, you will oversee all aspects of logistics including scheduling, dispatching, organizing and managing inventory, storage and transportation within the assigned region (Regina and area).
**Position Title**:Logistics Coordinator
**Reporting to**: Directly to Regional Manager for operational duties and the Chief Financial Officer for financial duties. Also work in direct contact with our Drivers for transportation duties.
**Location**: Regina, SK
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Will include, but not be limited to the following:_
- Logistics planning and inventory management through dispatching and communication with drivers and customers.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries are completed error free
- Coordinate with Regional Manager on booking services and repairs
- Sales generation and customer service.
- Invoicing and customer account management.
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
- Working with Regional Managers and customers to provide optimal solutions for mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborates with supervisory staff to ensure financial and operational targets are achieved.
- Weekend On-Call to assist drivers and customers as needed.
- May be assigned other duties as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous fuel experience in agriculture and construction industry is considered an asset.
- A strong customer focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior time management skills.
- Self-starter who is willing to work independently, and as a team.
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, and able to work with operational computer systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work overtime when necessary
- Willingness to communicate on some evenings and weekends when drivers are out.
