Clarus Electric Corp. is currently seeking motivated, experienced Electrical Lead Hand to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in the Lower Mainland of B.C., we specialize in residential and commercial electrical projects, including new construction, repairs, upgrades, and custom installations.

What You'll Do

  • Interpret and work from electrical blueprints and plans
  • Collaborate closely with General Contractors, Developers, Site Foremen, and other trades
  • Lead and delegate tasks to apprentices and team members
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards
  • Keep job sites organized and safe
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Foreman

What We're Looking For

  • Red Seal Journeyman Ticket (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
  • Strong understanding of PPE and job site safety practices
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools (including a cordless drill)
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Experience in concrete high-rise construction is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
