Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender & Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred.
  • Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
