We are seeking a bold, visionary, and results-driven Director Corporate Marketing to define and champion our corporate brand across Canada.
This is a career-defining leadership opportunity for a marketing executive ready to shape the future of a growing organization. As the most senior marketing leader at CLV, you will own the corporate marketing strategy, build and support a best-in-class team, and drive measurable impact across brand performance, digital innovation, and strategic communications.
You'll be the guardian of the CLV brand, ensuring it reflects our values, ambition, and commitment to excellence. From corporate storytelling and digital presence to executive visibility and investor presentations, you'll position CLV as the brand of choice for residents, partners, and investors alike.
In addition to the typical responsibilities of a top performing marketing pro, your impact will be on our:
Strategic Leadership & Brand Stewardship
- Define and lead CLV's corporate marketing strategy, positioning the organization as a top-tier brand in Canadian real estate.
- Build a cohesive, data-driven marketing function that balances creativity with performance and accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, influencing company direction through market insight, brand strategy, and performance data.
- Lead the creation, evolution, and protection of CLV's corporate identity, ensuring brand consistency across all business units, properties, and communications.
- Partner closely with leaders in Operations, Leasing, Development, and HR to align messaging and brand experience company-wide.
- Corporate Communications, Digital, & AI Innovation
- Oversee CLV's digital ecosystem, website, social, paid, content, and SEO/SEM, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and growth objectives.
- Introduce and scale AI, automation, and advanced analytics to elevate campaign precision, personalization, and ROI.
- Drive the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, engagement, and performance.
- Develop and deliver executive and investor presentations, thought leadership materials, and brand storytelling assets that reinforce CLV's credibility and momentum.
- Establish and manage marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track performance and communicate results.
Competitive Positioning & Market Intelligence
- Lead market and competitive intelligence initiatives to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights that guide corporate planning, investment focus, and innovation priorities.
- Ensure CLV maintains a leadership voice in the industry, through media, events, and digital presence.
Team Building & Internal Brand Leadership
- Build, mentor, and support the success of a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing team grounded in collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Cultivate an internal culture of pride, creativity, and brand ownership, making every employee an ambassador of the CLV brand.
- Partner with HR and Communications to strengthen internal engagement, employer brand, and cultural alignment across integration initiatives.
About You
You are a strategic leader and brand builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You combine creativity with commercial acumen and can pivot seamlessly between strategic vision and hands-on execution. You're energized by transformation, integration, and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a growing national organization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related multi-market service industry.
- Proven track record in corporate marketing, brand strategy, and digital transformation at the national or enterprise level.
- Demonstrated success building brands through acquisition, integration, and growth.
- Expertise in AI-driven marketing, data analytics, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills; adept at working cross-functionally with executives and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA or advanced degree an asset.
- Bilingualism (English/French) preferred to support national operations.
