Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of bringing our events to life, supporting everything from floral prep to on-site styling. Key Responsibilities

  • Condition, prep, and care for fresh flowers and greenery.
  • Assist in assembling centerpieces and large-scale floral installations.
  • Support event setup by arranging flowers, decorating tables, and styling displays on-site.
  • Help with event breakdown and cleanup, ensuring all floral materials are handled with care.
  • Follow creative direction while maintaining high-quality floral craftsmanship.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines in fast-paced event timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in floral design, event decor, or flower arranging.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design instructions.
  • Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting buckets, setting up floral structures, and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to event locations.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

  • Floral Event Work: 1 year (required)
