What You'll Do:

  • Identify client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Sell 
    home, auto, and/or commercial insurance policies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prospect for new business through referrals and networking

Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensed (RIBO, LLQP, or equivalent)
     – If unlicensed, must obtain prior to hire
  • Sales-Driven & Self-Motivated
     – Past sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent Communication Skills
     – You enjoy helping people and closing deals
  • Goal-Oriented
     – You thrive in a performance-based environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Option 1:
     Commission-Only (Earn up to 50-65% of commissions on new business and up to 40-50% of commissions on renewals)
  • Option 2:
     $30,000 Base Salary + Reduced Commissions (Earn 40-50% of commissions on new business and up to 15-25% of commissions on renewals)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cambridge, Ontario: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • RIBO, OTL, or LLQP license (preferred)
