Our client, a well-established full-service law firm with multiple offices throughout the Lower Mainland, is now seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate transactions, including incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, reorganizations, and share transactions, and will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. This role involves preparing and reviewing complex corporate documentation, maintaining and updating minute books, liaising with lawyers and clients to manage instructions, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
