**The Company**

B2Gold is a low-cost international senior gold producer headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. Founded in 2007, today, B2Gold has three operating gold mines and numerous development and exploration projects in various countries including Canada, Mali, the Philippines, Namibia, Colombia, Finland and Uzbekistan. This year, B2Gold forecasts gold production to be 1,000,000 - 1,080,000 ounces.

**Position**

Legal Administrator & Paralegal (17-Month Contract)

**Introduction**

**Location**

This position will be based at B2Gold Corporate Office in Vancouver, Canada with a flexible work arrangement option available.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Draft and manage confidentiality and consulting agreements;
- Assist with and manage file organization on a day to day basis depending on transactions;
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders regarding transactions when required;
- Track transactional and material agreements each quarter for internal and external compliance and audit purposes; and
- Perform other duties as required in support of Company objectives.

**Required Qualifications/Skills**
- Minimum of eight years of corporate paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, discretion and confidentiality;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Quick learner that works well in a team environment but also able to work independently with minimum supervision; and
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

**Additional Desired Qualifications/Experience**
- Paralegal certificate or diploma from a recognized program preferred;
- Prior experience in mining industry or public company considered an asset; and
- Knowledge of Worldox and/or NetDocuments and/or any other document management software.
