Overview

We are O's Hot Doughnuts where tasty fresh hot doughnuts are made located in Markham. We're looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as a customer service rep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow recipes for doughnut dipping sauces, mix and fry doughnuts, and add toping and glaze.
  • Prepare or packing beverages such as coffee, sodas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process payments accurately all types of transaction.
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and replenishing stock supplies.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including prepping, cleaning, and securing the store.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and ensure all food handling processes are followed.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior food service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
  • Food Handler certificate
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality food and service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
