Job Title: Accounts Receivable (Part Time - 25 Hours/Week)

Job Description

This is a new role within the sales team, taking on duties previously handled by the sales admin. The Collections Specialist is responsible for tracking ticket status, communicating with relevant departments, monitoring accounts receivables, and assisting with the collection of overdue payments and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience calling customers to collect funds in a timely, persistent, and polite manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track ticket status and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Monitor accounts receivables and assist with the collection of overdue payments.
  • Call customers to collect funds in a timely and polite manner.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payments to ensure compliance with NET terms.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable roles.
  • Experience with different payment systems like NAV and Aimsio.
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer collection skills.

Assets For The Role

  • Bilingual experience.
  • Degree or diploma in accounting.
