The Bridal Gallery Prom is on the hunt for talented retail professionals to join our team Currently, we are looking for a Evening Wear & Prom Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be an expert on Bridal Gallery special occasion styles, designs, quality, and service. You will be a guild and confidant for guests in search of their perfect dress. You will provide exceptional customer experiences to clients and their families, while also supporting the overall operational needs of the store.

• Build a rapport with customers and their families by listening and identifying their individual gown criteria—whether they are looking for a romantic ballgown, a form-fitting mermaid gown, or something in-between.
• Share your knowledge as sales associate and excitement about the latest haute couture trends in evening wear—from neckline styles to allusion backs with equal parts elegance and attitude.
• Tell it like it is in the fitting room, giving tactful, honest feedback and guidance to customers on style, trends and fit.
• Be a great team player by doing your part to keep the department "runway ready," including stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, and light cleaning.

You are passionate about fashion and have a way of delivery customer service that is simply top-notch. You are a great mentor and team player, and you understand what it takes to help and support everyone so together we succeed as a team. In addition, the following also describes you:

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a self starter with strong solution oriented thought process.
• Build great relationships with customers and co-workers through stellar communication and follow-through.

Our sale associates are passionate about finding brides and grads the perfect dress and delivering an experience like no-other. We occupy a beautiful space in the heart of downtown New Westminster. As Canada's largest bridal retailer we are always looking for great individuals to sustain our position as an industry leader and share in our companies success.

Hours we operate: Mon. Fri. Sat: 10 - 5, Wed. Thurs: 12 - 8, Sun: Seasonal

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour
